It's about three men who grew up on a ranch near Dry Creek and are coming home.Janet Tronstadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07901051836938693274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8422628977812980419.post-2241216410834181702011-04-02T11:17:52.562-07:002011-04-02T11:17:52.562-07:00Bree -- Glad you liked Calico Christmas in Dry Cre...Bree -- Glad you liked Calico Christmas in Dry Creek. I hope you were able to read Mistletoe Courtship -- that was a novella that followed up Calico Christmas with the story of Colter and Virginia. And then I just finished writing another follow-up in a book coming out December. Look for it -- it's a connected novella book that I am doing with Jillian Hart -- two mail-order brides meet on the railroad coming to Dry Creek. Her bride goes to Angel Falls and mine goes to Dry Creek.Janet Tronstadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07901051836938693274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8422628977812980419.post-44847986387729869772009-10-09T20:53:13.216-07:002009-10-09T20:53:13.216-07:00I really enjoy the Dry Creek series. I love the cowboys at the Elkton Ranch. Maybe you could join the ranch & the colony. There could be some fun there. Go to it. Keep up the good work. I love to share my books around because of the spiritual message in them. You never know when God will be able to speak to a heart thru one of your stories..MargeMargehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12359011337812930114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8422628977812980419.post-53898616741203766282009-04-23T20:39:00.000-07:002009-04-23T20:39:00.000-07:00C O W B O Y! janet i truly loved the love inspired...C O W B O Y! janet i truly loved the love inspired dry creek. but your historical calico christmas was wonderful.i would love to see both continue, but most of all tie in your calico christmas with ur dry creek series.i never read love inspired books till calico christmas, pleas dont keep us hanging on that storie and maybe one about the kids mom and dad. thanks for hearing my thoughts looking foward to more of ur good stories.breehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02170150195777207893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8422628977812980419.post-4262609808402627852009-04-23T20:32:00.000-07:002009-04-23T20:32:00.000-07:00cowboy please id love to see you start after calic...cowboy please id love to see you start after calico christmas and tie into the dry creek series. your books are wonderful hope to see more histerical love insired on this series. bree.breehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02170150195777207893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8422628977812980419.post-7756818480019617212009-04-06T22:27:00.000-07:002009-04-06T22:27:00.000-07:00Hi, Janet -- Thanks for voting. I LOVE your Dry Creek characters and often find myself laughing outloud. They are sweet, charming, romantic, and very sincere. Since I've already been wondering about those cowboys, I vote to read the rest of their stories. I'm looking forward to reading your new books! I personally think the cowboys would be absolutely wonderful. I think they have been mentioned several times and think that it would be wonderful to see them fall in love. I can just picture the whole Dry Creek community when I am reading it. I feel as if I am there and part of a family. I love when I know the characters I am reading about.Jphillips1107https://www.blogger.com/profile/05877503032695543044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8422628977812980419.post-52801385243684320822009-03-18T09:33:00.000-07:002009-03-18T09:33:00.000-07:00Kara, thanks. At least one of their congregations is very progressive and it's interesting to see the mix of old and new. It's not unusual to have to wait behind a horse and buggy to use the ATM or to see a woman wearing a bonnet and dress pull a hot pink cell phone from her purse.

I think there are lots of possibilities with adding the colony. But I think I'd still choose cowboys. You can't go wrong with them.Kara Lynn Russellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16969966733322450599noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8422628977812980419.post-8141965053872603682009-03-17T09:52:00.000-07:002009-03-17T09:52:00.000-07:00Thanks, Deb, for giving your preference.
